- Include a note with your name, address, email and daytime contact number with a brief description of the issues you are having with the product(s).
- Include your service and repair Order Number which you will receive after checkout.
- Where possible, please ensure your unit for repair is fully charged before return.
- Please remove straps from collars and wipe with a wet cloth/antibacterial wipe.
- You only need to send back the parts to be serviced not the entire kit.
